I have a large lifted truck, I chose crazy cats because my wheels would not fit in any other wash… I went to go thru today and it didn’t dry my truck so I went to go back thru and the owner (Steve) was flagging me down. We’ll come to find out every-time I go thru something on the wash breaks because my truck so to large and cost this man $300, instead of yelling complaining etc Steve gave me unlimited time to make MY truck look great at a hand wash bay next to auto wash, even tho it was my fault and not his. This man went above and beyond with his customer. As business owner myself I know how important customer service is and Steve not only showed INCREDIBLE customer service. After talking with him close to 45 minutes he’s one of the nicest people I have talked to in a long time. What Steve did was more than a car wash it was showed what kind of incredible integrity he has… I will never wash my OTHER vehicles anywhere else. Also my truck has never looked better after the manual bay wash I gave it top notch…

This is by far the best carwash in this area. It is more modern than the other run down car washes in the Huber Heights area. The brushes actually had bristles on them. It has a few amenities other washes don't have. A tire brush, air dryer, tap to pay. It was clean inside and out. I highly recommend. Thank you for providing a clean place and nice equipment. I definitely appreciate it.

Nice no brush wash. Soap smells like original tide. Got my car nice and clean will definitely be back

The drive through wash 🧼 service did an excellent job at removing the dirt from my SUV 🚙. It was REALLY dirty before washing; but afterwards it removed all of the dirt. Even from the tire/tire wells. I would definitively recommend their business for your instant car wash needs! …

I bought a membership to the crazy cat in Eaton. This car wash does the best job of any car wash I’ve ever used. As good as a hand wash. The wax brings out the pearl color on my Lincoln.

Got a free car wash, loved it! There machines clean your car very well! Seems like a better type of soap they use, it looked different than any other car wash I’ve been to. And their dryers work better too!!

One thing I love is they take credit card and tap to pay. Who carries cash, let alone change. Plus, you don't have to stop to keep feeding the meter. The car wash itself is really good. Lots of options and a dedicated wheel brush. Plus ceramic. Not much else you could want at this point. I'd recommend it. (I did not use the automatic wash)

My partner comes for the touchless when he needs one. I had been using Spinlight because they were a little cheaper. However, I had two terrible washes at Spinlight after they "upgraded" and left the right side of my car filthy both times. I came to Crazy Cat on my partner's recommendation that he had never had a wash he was unhappy with here. Perfection. Outside of wishing there was more dry time, Crazy Cats touchless cleaned beautifully... And cleaned the half of my car the other place said they couldn't do anything about. Will be using Crazy Cat from now on.

This car wash is the absolute best!! I come to CrazyCar Carwash at least once a week! Always quick, nice clean job on my car! The vacuums are always in working order, trash cans always clean and empty! I had a problem with the pay machine and the gentleman ended up just giving me a car wash! Much appreciated! I prefer this wash over the all the others! Come get your wash and you’ll see too!!

Great experience my first time at Crazy Cat. So nice to have a self serve wash with all the nice options like foam, and ceramic. Plus I could get up underneath the car with the wand to get all that salt off the underside of the car. Only disappointment was the air dryer hose that was really really weak, but aside from that one little nit pick, this is the best self serve car wash I've ever been to. Love the fact that it has a card reader! Fair prices too!
